Bone & Muscle problems

My mom has knee pain and has been advised Rizwan knee pain tablet. I am not able to find any information about this tablet. Is there any side effects of this dose and how does it help in knee pain? Thank you in advance

On my left knee - chondromalacia patella grade 3 and moderate bone bruising and small baker's cyst On my right knee - moderate chondral loss in patellofemoral compartment. Grade 4 chondral loss in the mid medial facet. And small effusion with prominent debris. I have couple of questions - 1. How far I am from Osteoarthritis ? Or is this osteoarthritis ? 2. Can it be reversed ? If yes, how ? 3. Can I go back to sports - running, soccer , skiing etc.

Tremendous knee pain while walking or geting up or climbing staircase. Twice had fracture in ankle . Currently using sinew oil whenever there is extreme pain

I have, since 1 month been experiencing excruciating pain in my heels whenever I stand/walk. I shifted to Crocs doctor sole thinking it might be due to uncomfortable footwear but it's not helping. I got my uric acid tested as well and it's normal. What could this be? I don't feel any pain when I sit or lie down but only when I stand or walk.

Dear doctor My mother having pain in her right shoulder infact whole hand ...it's from last 8 months.its started just wanted to take some stuff from kitchen self no any injures and nothing just she is taking thing from uper side then pain happen slowly it's increased..and we shown to orthopaedic and givien depo joints injection 3 times and along with this taken medicine and spry balm and volini all cold hot pad ...but problem is same and increased...she did phototherapy also 7 days earlier... Only x-ray hasn't done yet... please doctor advised some medicine which can cure her pain because deu to covid I can't take her outside she is a asthama patient . ... please doc give any medicine please
