Hello, Iam 23 yrs old female.2 months back, i fell down on my buttock in sitting position.It was very painful but in 2or 3 days the pain was gone.From that incident, if i stand for long time say for 1hr or more, i have a sharp paindeveloping in lower back,upper partof my right buttock( sacral region).The pain subsides if i press that area with my hand and stand.Should i have to consult a doctor??

हम लॉक डाउन में 4 महीने से बैठे थे एक डेढ़ घंटा ही खड़े होते थे दिवाली के समय  ज्यादा काम कर लिया था पहले नार्मल पेन होता था दबाने की इच्छा होती थी फिर हमने बाहर साइकलिंग और बाइक चला ली बाइक बिना चाबी के बिना स्टार्ट की पैरों से चलाई थी पंजे की उंगलियों पर ज्यादा असर  गया था दर्द होता था तो भी फिर भी हम चलते रहे थी ज्यादा पेन होने पर हमने डॉक्टर को दिखाया डॉक्टर ने बोला कैल्शियम की कमी के कारण हो रहा है इसलिए हम और चलते रहे जब खड़े होते नहीं बना तो बैठे सूजन बहुत ज्यादा गई थी पंजे से लेकर वेरीकोस वेंस तक धीरे धीरे करके तेल से मालिश की इन सब से वेरीकोस जींस और पंजों की सूजन चली गई पर नस हिल रही थी और खड़े होते नहीं बन रहा था जब हमने प्रैक्टो में दिखाया तो डॉक्टर ने हमें सलाह दी कि   जब तक ठीक नहीं हो जाए रेस्ट करना है उन्होंने हमें टेबलेट दी थी Evion LC, Zerodol th 4 आठ 8 दिन की दवा लेने के बाद नेट नहीं मिल रही थी दवा लेना बंद कर दिया तो फिर से हिलने लगी हल्की हल्की पंजों में सूजन है अभी भी ऐसा क्यों हो रहा है हम अब क्या कर सकते हैं यह समस्या दोनों पैरों में हैं  लेफ्ट पैर पर ज्यादा है

Hello, the pain started almost a year back..mri was done it was normal..2 x-rays where done both normal..all the blood tests including hlab was negative...the pain is in my middle back.. increases when i sleep more.. doing physiotherapy from 2 months yes it has decreased a bit like 10% but not more.. physiotherapy here is extremely costly..i am shifting to a gym..what precautions can be taken? also what this could be?

I had an accident 2 days before i fell from moped and moped fell on my right leg while driving. Injusy in on toes and ankle, Now I'm able to walk with minor pain in leg but till there's swelling since yesterday its not aching when I'm sitting only aches while walking(not able to walk completely)I'm able to move all fingers and ankle completely still swelling, can it be major issue or swelling can be just due to the injury.

I had a bad back spasm which changed my life. I did muscle activation exercises suggested by the doctors. I started feeling good and was happy with improvement. One day after doing some field work the pain returned. I did a MRI and I am diagnosed with a disc bulge. I met dozens of doctors, some say surgery some asked to take pills and other told yoga. If some can show me the right path. It would be helpful. Thanks!

I am having lower back pain due to slip disk pain observed in  MRI as L4  L5 S1 disc bulging probelm. I am having this regular laun since 2 years. Not able to work in my office for due to not able to sit more time. I had taken advice from more than 4 orthopedic doctor since 1 year, but still no relief. I have also been advised by neurosurgeon for surgery, but i dont want to go for it. So please guide me, can this problem be treated from tablet without surgeory?

Sir /madam I am having anterior pelvix tilt (backbone is bending towards front and butt is growing back).I am using belt which supports my backbone to be straight. I am suffering very bad with this. I want you to suggest me the cure and precautions to be taken. I was underwent a surgery for pilonodal sinus(a month ago).
