Hello Doctor, I fell down 10-12 stairs 8 months back. Back then Doctor was suspecting minor tears in both knees on the basis of normal x rays and recommended me knee support brace along with RICE therapy for few months. Over the time I realised that my knee pain was not reducing and specially left knee has been unbearable after little walk. I got the MRI done of left leg. I am sharing the findings of the report here :- 1) Grade 2/3 tear in posterior horn of medial meniscus with suspicious intersecting to the inferior articular surface, 2) Cystic lesion in posterior compartment of thigh indenting muscular plane- representing ganglion cyst. Kindly check and advise the possible next steps for me. Is there still a possibility to heal this without surgery. If surgery, then what kind of surgery will it be and how soon should I go for it? Please help me here. Thanks!

I am suffering from constant dull pain in lower right side of my trunk mainly at the side . I started getting the pain 6 to 7 months back after waking up in morning but the pain would go away in 15 20min..but now it stays throughout the day. I get pain in the hip joint when I bend my right leg at the knee and try to bring it close to the abdomen. Also I feel lot of weakness in right side of the lower abdomen when I raise right leg and try to bring it down. One year back I had felt little pain when I was lifting some weights in the gym because I had mistakenly put some pressure to the right side...but I am not sure if it is because of that or something else. Please help.

I am feeling pain and numbness in my right leg while standing or walking 15 minutes continuously since last one and half years.

I have fell down on balcony and got injured on right hand no injuries seen outside but unable to move the hand or bend elbow. Took X-ray no fracture visible so told to wait for two days but am having lot of pain and unable to use that hand. Attached X-ray.

My right knee MRI says "complete loss of morphology of medial and lateral meniscus with associated meniscal extrusion- traumatic medial and lateral meniscus tear" .. what does this mean? Is my tear grade 1, 2 or 3?

Having stiffness in shoulder joint...not been able to move normally.....not having any injury earlier... recently hit a menopause...

Hi Doctor, I recently fell from my bike and got hurt on the front side of foot near ankle.  from then  when I walk my foot nerve starting from thumb to ankle starts pinching. Do I need to worry ? Currently am using otc ointment for the injury..

I get gout Flare attacks atleast once a year but this year there has been 2 back to back. Once on the right big toe and second on the left ankle. Changed my diet and taking below medicines for immediate relief but pain doesn't seem to come down. From the current prescription should I replace Dolonex with Ibuprofen. Hi, my friend has been suffering from back pain for almost a month now. She has been taking medicines for it but it has not been cured. Last Saturday, she got food poisoning, she took some medicine and got better but last night she got loose motions and took lomotine and enerzal electrolyte drink. Her back pain has not been cured till now. We were wondering if she has an infection and this diarrhoea and back pain are related. Please help us with your meaningful suggestion.
