Bone & Muscle problems

Hello My Dad is suffering from Edema, he have done all tests including heart ecg/ echo test , kidney test, blood test reports are normal. I will appreciate if you could give me any suggestions and recommendations

My left leg was fractured and it was grafted 4 months ago.In my recent review with my surgeon , I was told that 90% of healing was achieved and suggested HILIN-GM Tablet. But still there is irritation in my knee and what is the expected time of healing?Here with I submit my x-ray too.Also it was misfortune that once my leg got tripped over how ever managed successfully not completely falling down. After that I checked my leg there is no swelling nor extreme pain but only irritation persists.I have been doing a one-hour strengthening exercises morning and evening.I feel like walking.I am walking , but aftet some time it is irritating. I am alcoholic but moderate. Does it effect in any means?

Pain in right hand ,right leg  pain,right side neck pain from 1.5 year l cannot understand how to solve this problem and which type doctor can solve this problem

My Mother is suffering from shoulde pain from last 3 months now. She has taken the physiotherapy session also for more than 10 days, but no improvement in the pain. As consulted by doctor, currently we are giving her: Necuxia,Ultraset slim,and Gabapim NT Any suggestions?

From 20 days swelling in left ribs bonesand right rib bones. But now right ribs side is ok there was no pain but the left one is not improving. When i touch i feel pain. My USG reports are normal. But i did not understand why i feel hurt.

On behalf of my husband prescription I am asking this question . He got prescribed Zeredol me and we we are finding an equivalent medicine in USA . Will ibuprofen 800 mg will be a substitute for Zeredol Mr ? Please advise
