Neck pain Neck stiffness
My left side neck is paining from more then 6months, after i wake up it will be stiffness, i changed many pillows but pain remains same, i sometimes cant even move my neck plz can anyone help me out, my MRI report are normal, i even attached it

Hello dear
Thanks for reaching out.
If it is only a neck pain and no radiating pain in the arm, it is not arising from your neck first of all.
6 months of neck pain is serious and needs to be addressed properly and urgently.
I suspect you have a shoulder pathology, and the cervical spine is unnecessarily being blamed.
Get an MRI of the shoulder and get back to me with the films.
