Please help and tell me about this mucoid degeneration of acl ? Is it cureable without surgery? Has my ACL have completely tore? What causes mucoid degeneration of acl? Please help thank you.

But MRI REPORT Shows Degerative changes In Ac joint. Will u plz prescribe some medicine for it . Here Dr advise us. Tab diclo + serassiopeptidase Tab methylcoba n pregabalin. But this tablets not works . Plz u suggest some medicine sir.
