My legs have been paining alot since 2-3 weeks now. It's bearable most of the time, sometimes unbearable, especially at night before sleeping. It pains everywhere between and including knees and feet.

High uric acid
I have been keeping high uric acid since 4-5 yrs. Febuxostat 40mg failed to treat and in return destroyed the bone marrow of my thalassemia intermedia body. Zyloric 100mg also failed.
My small joints finger joints wrists pain.

My vitamin d is 14.78. Is it low?
I have pain radiating in both the legs from thigh to ankle while sleeping. I have also lower back pain. Took vitamin d test and came to know that the level is 14.78. Does increasing vitamin d wil help to reduce the pain?
