One week ago I lifted my Microwave Oven with my hands for a distance of 200mts.  After few hours, I am feeling Lower back pain while standing from the chair or any sitting position. I am unable to sit on the ground for even 3 minutes. Kindly suggest me how can I relief from the pain.

Hi Dr, I'm 35years old man working in IT industry. I'm having tailbone pain for the past one month I went to nearby orthopedic hospital doc took x-ray and told normal he gave pain relief tablet for 5days asked me to put hot pack regularly. I'm putting hot pack on daily basis and doing few tailbone pain excercise it's reduced 30% but still having pain when ever sitting on the flat surface. If I'm using coccyx cushion on the chair I'm able to sit. Please let me know how long it will take to get cure completely and what is the further steps I have to follow please advise.

Its been long now occasionally my left shoulder pains and when it pains it stays for couple of days.Also left leg joint and fingers joins pain.Pain is not sever but it feels like complete body pains.I did blood test few months back and it had vit D deficiency ,High rage for uric acid and iron deficiency and also cholesterol bit high.

My mother was diagnosed with avascular necrosis of femoral head on both hips. She did surgery for that, but only on the right hip. Before the surgery, she had swelling and pain. After the surgery also, she didn't feel much relief. Sometimes she feel churning on the right leg(on which the surgery done), mostly when she walks and stands more than usual. What could it be the trigger? Why it happens even after doing the surgery?
