I am suffering with pain above knee and I applied amrutanjan there , immediately got relief .pain rises when I sit on floor with close legs . please provide solutions.

Had a accidental fall and sprained my ankle. There was swelling and pain. Visited ortho doctor after 1 week, he told it's a grade 2 ankle sprain and didn't recommend x-ray as he ruled out fracture. After 2 weeks m feeling better there is very mild pain, but my ankle still stays little  swollen. Although it has reduced a bit but there is still some swelling. Should i start ankle rehab exercises to reduce swelling.i m using ankle brace for support and taking anti inflammatory medicines as prescribed by doc.

I fell down 3 weeks back and my bone near the ankle got hairline fracture. The plaster has been removed now and doctor has advised to wear ankle cap and take calcium tablets for 2 months. But I am getting lot of numbness in my leg and little swelling.  Is it necessary to take any physiotherapy? Also I have got some blisters and infection in the fractured portion. Any remedy for the same?

Am having muscle pain at a spot and it became very dark at the spot i feel like the circulation is not having at the spot and the place got catched. Thank u pls respond!

Fell down, injured the areas nearby the right glutes and joining areas. Symptoms- Pain in right knee, right glute, right back ribs. Right leg is seeming very heavy so patient cannot stand on the right leg. Nothing is broken. Please prescribe something that will improve the condition further. Relevant answers expected. Had an ankle sprain on July 19 2020, as i jumped over the net while playing, after 45 days taken a MRI scan showing partial ligament tear at ankle(please refer attached image of MRI report) and got a cast done up to 8 weeks. But still have pain, swelling and difficult to walk at ankle. Can you please tell me that ligaments are healed or not and how  to overcome swelling,pain,and difficulty in walking. Thank you

I have a severe pain in lower back which I feel is due to a heavy sagging breast and due to this my posture is getting tilted towards front.
