Knee injury
My leg twisted 2 months ago while I was playing cricket and batting I just fell down after sprained. I went to doctor and MRI done but knee still is not healthy after taking medicine. In MRI the impression was mild synovial fluid with contusion in latrral femoral condyle. It's been a month since taking medicine.What should I do

Need to examine your knee for any instability due to laxity or tear of ligaments...kindly visit the clinic for the same

It should have healed considerably by now. But if it has not done then get a regenerative treatment like prolotherapy or PRP to the knee. Oral medicines will not work.

consult a doctor who does prolotherapy with ultrasound guidance. increase the dose of vitamin d3 if it is too low.

What exactly do you mean by knee is not healthy? What’s your current problem? Any symptoms of buckling/locking of the knee?
