I have been suffering from ligament injury in my left leg knee from one year. Currently it has become more painful than past year. What to do?? I rub ice and also do exercise

Ice pack is good to continue however reassessment of the injury is required.
The exercises which are done need to be very appropriate otherwise it would not help.
