My vitamin D 3 level is 23.16 . I am feeling weakness in hands in morning and pins and needles in ankle and feet . Does it because of vitamin D.

My mom age 51 no sugar  no pressure, was facing bit swelling In thighs and bit stiffness too... Went to doctor recommended Few antibiotic... Swelling and stiffness got fine a bit But still when she walks around she feels a pain in her thighs... What could be issue, If it's small Pls recommend Oninment for Thanks

I have a vitamin D level of 7.3 and have pain in my joints and in my hands. I was prescribed to take 1 Vitamin D injection once a week for two weeks. And 6 B12 injections every 4th week. Also Uprsie 60k tablet once a week for 8 weeks. I'm done with my course of injections and while I was taking injections, the symptoms of pains had reduced. Now, they are slightly coming back. And also I have been exposing myself to sun for 1 hr everyday. How long would it take to get back my levels to normal? Since the pains have started coming back, is it because my level hasn't increased at all even after taking the injections and the tablets?

I had a previous history of fracture medial mallelous left ankle operated. Last year I had gone through the surgery for screw removal but the pain is still there in the left ankle after one year of surgery, so I have done the MRI of left ankle and wanted to know how it can be improve and what sort of exercise I can do to improve the ankle pain.
