Sir, I sometimes have pain and swelling on my right hand (6 months ). But not regularly it's some time. Means after heavy work or cloth wash.

He has pain in right pelvic joint doctor told me that he has avn he need total hip replacement surgery on both side right now he has pain only one side but he can walk and can do all the stuff dr suggest do surgery on both side what to do

I am having feet pain for some months, but suddenly I am getting swelling for last 2 weeks in ankle and feet. Heels are also paining while coming down the stairs. What are the reasons and cure for this.

My both ancle bones are paining, if I press on both ancle's getting pain and I feel the tightness feeling. Know ndly suggest what need to be done. Of I stand for more than 1 hour I will get pain in my feet.please prescribe the medicine

My operation of humourus bone was in 19 feb 2020 my belt was removed after 1.5 months...after removal my elbow got stiffed and there is no or very less movement. I am doing physiotherepy since 20 July there is not much improvement in ROM... I am having a elbow and knee joint during extension and hyper extension. There is no issue during flexion. I do heavy workout in gym so since last I have this issue. There is no pain while lifting heavy weight but pain during extension. Not able to pushup on the ground. As I go down for pushup..lot of pain in elbow. I am using calcium 1000mg in day..vit d3 60000 iu in a week..omega 3 1gm in a day.. glucosomine 1000mg in a day...but still no progress.
