Chronic back and leg pain for 5 years
Suffering from chronic back and sometimes leg pain for 5 years. MRI mentioned diffused disc bulge at L5-S1. Is it safe to single knee to chest exercise with such condition? Will small flexion in the lumbar region due to this stretch not increase further bulge?
Standing hurts significantly in the lower back.
