Medical Ethics
This is with reference to a spine and pain specialist hospital that i visited .... I had taken an appointment for a dr Dr Saijyot Raut and when I walked into the clinic , after attending a party he walked out from the clinic in front of my eyes ... His associate then attended to me with which I was not at all satisfied and paid a fees for Dr Saijyot Raut .... The nurse told me a fees higher then what was mentioned on the call ... I have blurred vision and he could not understand my concern .... Are these medical ethics

It very simple . Everyone has their commitment  . If his timing are over he has right to leave   its his choice to see patient or not. On his behalf his assistant has seen you.  But he is working for his boss.  So fees will be charged in the name of boss. Out of that fees-  hospital take their charges then the  Tax is deducted . And then doctor get his fees  I hope things are cleared too you.
