Body ache  + osteoporosis +crohns diseas

My mother is suffering from crohns disease detected in 2012. Since then she was administered steroid (prednisolone) for around 6 years. It was gradually tapered and stopped by the consulting gastroenterologist in 2018. She is constantly suffering from body ache and pain and was diagnosed with osteoporosis after a Dexa scan. She was advised strong dose of calcium and vitamin, which caused a flare up of her IBS and she had to discontinue them. Further she was prescribed a yearly injection (zolephos) which needs to be administered in a hospital with precautions. We are worried that it might cause side effects due to her Crohns problem. Currently she has body ache and muscle pains mostly in the thigh and the legs. Please suggest what should be the necessary steps of her treatment so that her crohns doesnt get flared up again. Thank you in advance.

I have consulted 2-3 surgeons. One of them is saying to go for surgery immediately. Other saying not required surgery at present. I have taken the x-rays. It's clear without any fracture and any loosen. If I go for surgery what are the options. How many days to stay at hospital after surgery. Can I go for non cemented surgery.
