Hi Doctors, I had Fibula Facture 7 years back and had a surgery. It's a hairline fracture. Doctor had suggested for surgery because it happened to small bone hence I have gone through it. During surgery my fracture was repaired using Titanium rod with screws.
Now it's been seven years do you think I need to remove the rod from my leg? I do not have any pain and disturbance till date. Titanium rod has become part of me. However I am not sure if I have to remove the rod from my leg. Kindly advise.
