Bone & Muscle problems

I feel tired all time. When i hold childs my hand starts paining after 2 min. 2 years back i was able to do pushups and all but now starts push ups my hand starts trembling. I feel week.  I have tried ayurvedic medicines after consultation but of no use I am getting married soon. having these problems making me feel low. Please let me know what problem is this and what is the solution TIA

I have little swelling and stiffness at right Foot thumb bone joint as well as one finger bone joint of right foot, i can feel the joint bone swelled up however i dont have any pain or fever, but i do feel a little pain upon trying to bend it manually. My mother is having pain while working in tendon Achilles since few months and now her tendon has fibrosed (it feels hard ) and pains at night when she has completed all her work...she is fine in the morning but after whole day's work she gets tired and her legs starts aching. I got pain in the back of the shoulder after waking up. and within 2 days it went off but today I was playing with my niece and when I lifted her..got a jerk on the same place and its paining like hell.
