Bone & Muscle problems

A year ago,I was had a vibration kind of thing at the boundaries of shoulder blade which was been seen when i was playing foosball where i use to give pressure on left hand.... I tried muscle relief sprays and gels but the pain didn't go and later when I stopped playing foosball, the pain went and come and go for sometime. When i do any work or put stress on left hand, i m getting pain back. During routine medical checkup the vitamin D levels where good and Tried physiotherapy but not effect. Please advise!

My left left leg back side nerve swollen from since 2 more years without pain around but it's clearly visible like nerve swollen...what is the reason is it serious

I have started doing mild exercise from last 30 days including 5-10 min running.but from last 5 days i am unable to run just can walk because of knee .got inflammation on sides. am i having any dificiency omega3 ,calcium etc. because such low pace running effected joints and is not healing since 5 days should i take fish oil supplement if yes which one

For last 2-3 days l am having pain in my lower back while bending or when changing sides while sleeping/lying on bed. I have had this for 7-8 months but earlier it was very minor and could only feel the pain if I bend too much or press that spot, that too very rare. But for last 2-3 days, it has become very dominant and can be felt with a little bending only. Please advise.

I am having pain between shoulder and elbow since last two months on my left arm. I am taking glucasanine 500 mg twice a day.

I have a mild disc bulge at L5/S1(by MRI)region for the past one year. Currently my legs r getting mild pain right from lower back all the way down till the legs. Visited few doctors and took medicine like retoz Mr,pan 40 and doing stretching exercises,but still mild pain exist all the time. When ever hot water fermentation is given able to get relief. But not able to cure it. Any suggestions? Already spent lot of money on this.!

My sister named Pannaben is suffering from arthritis since last two years. She is living at village where she is not able to consult expert dr. I have question in behalf of her that she's taking one medicine daily for arthritis since long if she doesn't take it then she fell in to bed totally she can't even walk properly. What to do sir pls advice.

My name is simran pasha . my fiancee  is suffering from AVN from last 2 years and in the early first  stage he has suffered from severe pain in joints and hips portion he has also taken steroid gainer but by taken ayurvedic medication now he can walk easily and can do anything but when he sleeps and next morning when he wake up the joint starts paining again . we have taken lots of consultation by many dr. The last option dr. Said surgery but he don't want surgery please do suggest if its any other chance to cure AVN on 4th stage.

I have ridden my bike for 85 km after 1 month and having back and shoulder pain. What can be done in situation.
