I have disc bulge in L3- L4, L4-L-5. how long my recovery will be done ? plz tell me , I m doing some exercise too.

From past one week my neck( backside) is paining. I'm a student and my have to sit for 8 to 10 hours on chair.

My father is having pain in his left arm bicep. He have pain sometimes in his arm but not everytime. When ever he get some acidity he have pain frequently. Pain start from joint of arm to bicep.

I am on Teripeartide for my tibia fracture recovery ,however few days ago my mother was cleaning the fridge ,by mistake she kept the refills out of it and forgot to put it inside again.After 1-2 hours I saw it and kept it in fridge.Now I want to use that refill.However I have a doubt that whether it can be used or not.Although it is winters in delhi.But still I am confused that is it ok to be used after being kept out of fridge for 1-2 hours.Please guide me here as they are very expensive.

Hello ,from past three weeks there was some pain near second toe and in the ball of the foot ..when o visited doctor they said there is a subluxation shown in x ray ,and said it might be due to ligament tear ..I have been given toe straightener strap to wear it for next 6 weeks .im concerned will the join ever goes back to neutral /original position like before when it is healed .or will it continue to deviate further towards big toe and get dislocated ?will I able to get back to do the physical activity again like before

From the last few months I'm experiencing back pain when am sleep... I can't sleep more than 6 hrs, my back become stiff in d morning with pain and wakes me up. Could you please suggest how to get rid of this pain. I am doing few stretches for this but there is no impact. Pls help me out.
