While walking in my house i hit my pinky toes of my left leg , i suspect might have broken cause been three four days and now only toe has unbearable pain no difficulty in walking or moving until directly toes is touched , should i leave it and let it heal with time or need to see doc.

Are ribs and sternum (except 1st rib) connected by cartilaginous joint or synovial gliding joint??? Plz help

My wife has got sudden lower back pain due to which is not able to move. Our second kid is 7 months old and was facing bearable pain. But yesterday while picking up the baby from floor she had this sudden pain. She had massage for 2 months post delivery. Such issue had arised earlier too 5 yrs back during our 1st kid and once when she was 21 yrs old. With bedrest and painkiller she had recovered that time. Kindly advise for immediate relief and for avoiding in future.

Hello, I have been suffering from joint pain from past 2 years,the doctor diagnosed me thought of it as Rheumatoid arthritis, however my RA test was negative. Now the doctor suspects it's gout as I have a swollen toe nd high uric Acid I wanted to know about gout, nd is there any way to treat it with the tablets or does it need any kind of injections or surgery It's getting worse every month,want to sort it out ASAP

My brother is suffering from muscle pain since 8 months, hands and legs. Have shown him to pgi chandigarh but still incurable. All doctors are suggesting only pain killers but not getting cured.

Following an acute episode of disabling back pain, I was diagnosed with a central disc bulge at L5 S1 level with no significant nerve compression per MRI. It's been 8 weeks and I'm able to walk now, the pain reduced by about 50 percent but spasms don't stop. I'm unable to walk more than 15 minutes or sit for more than 5 minutes due to spasms in lower as well mid back. I'm on dietary supplements and low level painkillers because the pain isn't too much but spasms have made it difficult for me to function normally. I wanted to know if it's normal to have spasms even after 8 weeks or does it mean that the situation is getting worse. I have no other disease. This disc herniation happened after some heavy lifting 8 weeks ago. Now I have no leg pain, only moderate pain in the center of lower back which is bearable after taking diclofenac. But spasms are very painful, though they get little better after lying down but tend to reoccur with activity. Thank you very much for your time & advice

Had annual checkup blood work and my iron is low and ferritin is high. I have low iron values last year too and doctor asked me to the iron supplements 3 times a day. I was taking it. But no changes. One thing to mention, I have been dealing with jaw pain under ear and neck pain for 9months now. No proper diagnosis yet. Been to many doctors, dentists etc. I have been taking many medicines for that in the last 9months. Does it make any change in the blood work? What does low iron and high ferritin indicates? I am worried about this. Is this normal or should I ask for more blood test/treatment? Iron. Dec 2019 - 54. Dec 2020 - 48. Normal 27-159ug/dl . Iron saturation dec 2019 -14. Dec 2020 -12. normal 15-55% . Ferritin dec 2019 -154. Dec 2020 -193. Normal 15-150ng/ml.I was taking antibiotics for a week before this blood test. Does it make any difference.one more value is high this time. Liver enzyme ALT. It was dec 2019- 21iu/uL. Now- 55.normal 0-32.AST normal.vit D-34. normal(30-100)
