Bone & Muscle problems

1 month before I tested my D3 and was 9.8 doctor prescribed D3 60000 cap. twice a week and in the 2nd week I have back pain after taking D3. Doctor recommended D3 once a week. Now, I have already taken 8 D3 capsules in a months but still there is pain in my back. Kindly suggest. Kindly also suggest can I retest my D3 after completion of 1 month or should i wait?

My mother has taken alot of medication for Arthiritis but nothing helped much. She now has frequent muscle spasms, is there a medicine or injection that can be taken to reduce this?

Hi doctor, i'm suffering hand pain from last one week.i'm not able to turn my wrist if i do i feel extreme pain on my wrist joint..i dont feel any swelling over my wrist bt d whole left hand with shoulder i feel pain.

I have back pain from 3 years ago. I went to a orthopedic doctor.i have done my x-ray.doctor said that I am suffuring for lumber spine.when I use lumber belt i am fine.but without belt i fell back ache and burning feet.i belong from poor family.pls help me sir.

Hi Doctor, My brother age 30, he is suffering from arthritis from last 14 years. It started with hand joint pain, then shoulder, ankle.  At present right leg ankle is fused and merged into one, there is no movement in ankle joint. Recently left leg also started paining. Hands and shoulder arthritis is covered. Thigh pain, along side he also developed psorisis which is in control if he consumes medicines. From last 10 months he developed constipation problem may be due to medicines or lack of physical movement i.e. less walking. He is been treated top 2 pune arthritis specialist, one of them is being treating him in reputed hospital in Pune, this doctor have done all experiments which he could have. In last 14 years we took him to several doctors in Nashik and north Maharashtra region. Looking for an advice for result oriented doctor in Pune,Mumbai, Nagpur or in Bangalore. I would be really grateful if you could suggest any good doctor.

I got a trauma on knee. I want to know if there is any nerve problem in my knee, can a orthopedic doctor evaluate me and diagnose it and if necessary refer me to a neurologist? Or do I have to do it myself? Because 4 Orthopedic doctors told me in physical consultation that there is no nerve damage in my case and they didn't refer me to any other doctor.
