Commuited distal fracture with capitellum and trocloea. He is diabetic.. how flextion will be..how much is the percentage can be normal..here it's x ray.. he can lift weight? Can able to drive two wheeler

I want ensure that if shoulder get dislocate even after surgery..can I do further treatment ... and which type of treatment is useful for m to keep safe my shoulder from dislocation...or it cannot possible to live fearless life Im so confused ...and I'm young .and problem for my right hand... Please convey m any kind of treatment by which I keep my shoulder safe from dislocation...

When I move my neck, i feel a crunching/grinding sound inside my neck. This feeling happens to me everyday, what can it be? How to resolve it?

Severe pain in left hand. Cant move it much.Suffering for 1 month now. It goes away for some time and again comes back . mostly pain is there.Whenever movement takes place the pain increases more.The pain is in the left arm and appears to be a clot or hardening part there.

I notice a bump from where the fracture is. Is it bad or part of the healing process? And Nope, haven't consult a doctor about this. I'm afraid of doctors. Sorry
