Post car accident having pain under the rib cage .I had the seat beat on and the air was deployed post one month still the pain and slight swelling is there .I have taken zerodol for a 4 days and now stopped and the pain is started also taken azax500 for 5 days but its still there .Please suggest next action. How much time later should retest vitamin d3. If I retest my D3 level after a week, the data will correct or false to analyse D3 level.

After a long break due to ongoing pandemic, I have started light walking onwards Oct last yr. Starting from Dec, I have increased the pace and duration of walk from the existing 45 minutes to 1.1 hr including light jogging. After doing so I have started developing severe joint pain especially while climbing and descending stairs. Also, it prevents me to jog. Earlier, I had this problem but in a course of 3-5 days it used to go away but this time for the last 3 weeks or more I am facing this problem. Pl suggest line of treatment including medicine, food and drinks to be avoided, any test to be done, and exercises.

In 2018 I felt some uneasy feeling in my left knee Later on it passed to right knee (it's only uneasy feeling when I relax my muscles , no pain *) Now it's in eblows , wrist , fingers and shoulders . I can feel the friction between joints and everytime that happens the uneasy feeling , Visited multiple orthopaedic and rheumatologist doctors and non of them couldn't find fix the issue Please help me *I felt this feeling first in 2018 until I can feel this friction between joints and knees pop a lot everytime I stand up from relaxing position , all of this issues and non of them result in pain I can run , walk etc without any pain

I am currently unable to do much because of my knee. Sharp pain and discomfort whenever there is pressure on it, as in, lifting weight causes sharp knee pain and discomfort however no pain while resting. Small bump underneath kneecap it seems which is tender to the touch and am unable to move knee fully without pain
