Bone & Muscle problems

My wife is suffering from lower back pain from last almost 2 3 months. Problem aggraviate after standing long in kitchen. If she sit for say 5 10 minute than can not stand straight in a single go and take 2 3 minutes. Plz suggest name of disease and whom should i contact.

I am 52 old female, I am suffering from morning stiffness in fingers and developed tenosynovitis at left thumb since 3months Finding difficult to do household work All my tests  blood and X-rays related to rheumatoid arthritis are negative Recently feeling slight numbness for some time in toes too Need advice

I recently fell down and hurt my left ribs, the x-ray showed no bone fractures but I still have contusions and unbearable pain, especially while inhalation and walking or just about any little left side movements. It's been a week with nsaids, antipyretic, calcium supplements and TPC gel. Ps : I had hurt the same region couple of months back but the pain wasn't this bad although it persisted for some time. But after this recent fall it got worse. Please tell me what could have gone wrong? :/

I feel sort of tightness in my whole body specially feet , calf muscle , shoulder joint andfingers when i wake up . It happens for few seconds and normalise after taking few steps from bed. Its been 20 days i am having such tightness . Did my cbc and thyroid test both were normal.
