Bone & Muscle problems

Hi I am 24 year old I am suffering from joints pain ( knee joints, shoulder joints, elbow joints ankle joints , collar joints and lower back pain ) , I have tested for uric acid test also it's normal .. I have consulted doctor he gave me supplements SHANEKAL K27 for 1 months but it didn't helped me ... Please provide me the permanent solution for this and root cause.

My 80 year old father fell down on the road day before yesterday. He is having severe pain on the left arm. He was advised for xray and the local physician prescribed some pain killers and gave him some arm brace to restrict the movement. Need some advice on the X-RAY. Is it normal ?

I am 45 years old. From last 1 month I am experiencing knee pain. Although it is not continuous, it aches when I sit and get up or when I  stand for a long time. Sometimes it gets struck and I feel like I would break my leg if I  step forward. I had taken 10 tablets of Acemiz s. I felt relieved for that time but after the course of 5 days, the pain has not got any better. There is slight swelling. Please help thanks
