Bone tuberculosis. Type of specialist)

Sir, my mother is suffering from bone tuberculosis. Who is the specialist in the field of bone tuberculosis. What type of doctor do I need to visit. Her ongoing treatment involves an antibiotic and a multivitamin. The joint which is severely affected is the wrist of a single hand. Motion is restricted there & that joint is always swollen due to pus formation. Severe pain occurs if that joint is even touched slightly. It's been one month since the tb is detected, from Last two years she was suffering and all the doctors gave medicine for arthritis ( which wasn't the cause) and others gave painkillers and some said it was due to neural problem.
