Bone & Muscle problems

I don't have pain in my lumbar region but there is pain in my pelvic area. And when the pain starts it radiates to my right leg. Upon X-ray it shows Lumbar lordosis is lost. But is it possible that when lumbar lordosis is lost there is no pain in the lumbar region but there is pain in the pelvic area?

Having pain flowing from left side of my neck to my shoulder since 3-4 days, today I woke up and couldn't lift my hand straight up to tie my hair due to the pain, seems like a throbbing muscle pain behind my shoulder. Haven't consulted anyone till now for the same. Kindly advice what this issue is.

Hi, I developed a knee pain 4 days back and when MRI scan was done below things are identified Grade 1 ACL Grade 2 partial tear medial patellar rectinaculum Grade 4 condromolocia Moderate knee joint effusion Currently on 4 titude knee brace Wanted to check what should I do to improve on first 3 problems naturally. For how long should I wear knee brace, should I wear in the night while sleep, will knee brace help in fixing all this damage permanently

Hi doctor's, I have a high grade sprain/pratial thickness tear of the Anterior cruciate ligement. I am not interested in surgery..this happen when I am playing cricket.. This is curable in ayurvedic or I need to go for surgery.. Doctor suggested me surgery first and then physiotherapy. I don't know what to do.. Doing physiotherapy excercise now some what better my knee stability. I am attaching my mri reports also

I hve pain 1. in hip joint knee ankle buttocks and lower back 2. pain is like sharp and pinching 3. also radiates into thigh amd groin 4. hip joint hurts when siting cross legged 5. also while climbing stairs 6.sta ding up from sitting position 7. I am fallen in ground ,I have pain in my right wrist I went to near a doctor and doctor do a X-ray and he said that not fracture in my wrist , please see X-ray and said that there are fracture in my wrist or not?
