I am suffering from planther fasciitis from last 1nd half year.and now it's winter season I am getting more heel pain. What to do? What type of slipper should I wear at home?

I have been diagnosed with tennis elbow and have severe pain in my right hand. My office requires 8 hours of computer work which has become a painful sojourn. Still my orthopaedic refuses to advice rest for medical leave purposes. Can anyone suggest what to do ?

My wife had gangelion cyst removed from her wrist in month of august 2020. But for the past few days she is complaining of stiffness and pain around the area of cyst removed. So what to do to minimize the pain and to improve the mobility of her wrist.
