Sir, Iam suffering knee pain from 1 week, I taken x ray, In that light rubbed back side of knee cap patella. Is there any serious, Iam doing exercise quad And walking daily morning 1 hour Evening 1hour Iam climbing steps daily, It will cause any further damage to cartilage. Plz help me Thank u sir

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. From your description of the complaint it looks like what you said…patellar Chondromalacia or early damage to the undersurface of the Knee cap. Since you already have the x-rays please post them here so that we can have a look. Also, I would suggest that you take a blood test for vitamin D3. If the pain interferes in your day to day activities use of a mild painkiller should suffice

Avoid sitting square legged on the floor and avoid squatting fully or the Indian toilet position Ice fomentation usually helps. Avoid local applications/massages etc

This may be due to early changes related to osteoarthritis knee causing rubbing of bony surfaces and under surface of patella.. You need to continue with exercises for Quadriceps and Hamstring strengthening..
Next Steps
Start hot fomentation,  take analgesic tablet for pain, apply analgesic ointment locally,  apply knee cap for support.

Avoid heavy work, avoid sitting down,  avoid Indian toilet..
