Fallopian tube operation is not the cause of avascular necrosis of femoral head. Most common cause of avascular necrosis is idiopathic and there are thousand reasons for getting avascular necrosis. The treatment of avascular necrosis depends on stage of disease .so please consult orthopaedic surgeon for getting it treated
