Regarding walking
Can a 50 year old lady walk for one and a half hour in a day. Will this cause thining of bones. I mean 45 min morning and 45 min evening walk

Hi Walking is an excellent exercise. It won't cause thinning of bones...it will in fact make them stronger!

It will be good for health. It will never cause any thinning of bones ( osteoporosis)

Yes. She can walk as much as her stamina permits.... walking with proper footwear and on proper surface is always good.
