L1 fracture
Dear Doctor One year ago I had a traumatic fall and got fracture in my L1(one third anterior).. I was being treated conservatively ..Last week after playing on there pain started in my back...Now I have stopped Playing.. Attatched is my latest Xray report... I am worried after going through my report... As I am only 32 years of age now...Will I be able to lead a normal life ahead?? Will be there any further complications in my back? As I am in sales job...I had to travel lot... Plz suggest me...My current weight is 86 kg...I am trying for loosing weight and regularly doing Yoga... Regularly I am doing morning walk and jogging too.. Looking forward to hear from you soon. .

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any. -Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --. Caldikind plus  (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days. -(You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.) --. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Use no pillow under the head. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. -- .Do mild exercises for the affected part-ie. Back and lower limbs. --.(Take help of physiotherapist or you can visit my YouTube channel Dr. N. C. Gupta and watch 'Me & My Yoga' and 'Yoga Simplified'. --Do not ignore, let it not become beginning of a major problem. --Do ask for a detailed treatment plan. Hello sir, Commenting with xray report alone is hard since they lack the specifics. If possible please upload the xray image. And mean while temporarily avoid strenuous activities like playing, jogging and riding 2 wheelers till you are in the clear.
