I have low appetite, gum swelling and bleeding, halitosis, very low saliva secretion, nasal blockage, indigestion, piles, feel lump in throat, grey hair. I have undergone an ear surgery in 2014 and from there I started getting these problems. I done blood test which shown increase in TSH(hypothyroid).I read an article suggesting drink more to liquify mucus, I started drinking water when its not necessary. My lifestyle is also inactive. Plz suggest lifestyle changes and medications. Thank You.

I have gas problem sometimes gerd also and I have to go two time for stool in a day and stool consistency always soft and floating. Generally feel gassy in the evening. What are the possible reasons? Which is the best antacid for these problems.
