I have spotting will take that dydrogestrone tablet there is no spotting I am not interested to put that tablet there any Alternate  ayurvedic medicine for dydrogestrone tablet for periods spotting

I am experiencing too much cold extremities right from thighs and buttocks to the tip of feet, from shoulder to complete hands, ears, nose also. Severe dizziness is also there with these symptoms. Also i feel zero stamina. Can't walk without dizziness. Also feel very very tired. Just now i have diagnosed with diabetes mellitus type 2. I have been admitted to the hospital multiple times for these complaints. Dr says there is nothing other than diabetes, anxiety and stress. I don't have any kind of psychological stress or anxiety. Is my body shutting down? Am i going to die?

Hello Dr, I have been diagnose with  multiple Lipomas. On thighs (multiple small), on both chest area( many small lipomas) and some on side body ( 1-2 inch). I am 25 Y now. How should i proceed. Note : none of them are bothering me as of now. If I start ayurvedic medicine how much longer i will have to take it? within how many month changes can be seen?
