Any syrup for daibetic patients to cure dry cough relief. ( Like kanakasav) Age is 65 Any syrup or treatment ?

Was advised to take himalaya lukol tablet 2 3 times per day And Vidangasav 4tsp two times with water.. But for long long do i need to take them? I week.. 1 month?? Or what? I am suffering from itchy discharge from past 4 months.. Which is not reducing even after usage of multiple anti fungal; antibiotics tablets and medicines

Am suffering from ibs from past 5 years..before I was not getting frequent green stools..but from one year there is change in my symptoms also and am observing weekly 2 to 3 times green loose stools..is this normal in ibs or a cause of concern? Can Ayurveda help in solving ibs problem permanently? Please help.

I can't tolerate fume emitted from car and bus driven by using fuel petrol diesel LPG gas. Even I can not stay if one smokes near me. For the above problem I can't ride in bus and car. As soon as I get up in car and bus nausea feel . Even if I go road by walking and fume from bus car and lorry enter my nose I feel nausea. I am 28 years old male . This problem is since childhood and for that reason I can't go out . Please guide to get rid of this problem.

Patanjali launched vitamin supplements recently. Would like to know the feedback from Ayurvedic doctors regarding the same. I am thinking about buying Patanjali vitamin supplement for Vitamin B12 and Omega 3. Vitamin B12 supplement has corn as one of the ingredients and I am surprised how come corn has B12. Please let me know if Patanjali supplements are good substitutes for other brands available in market.

I assume i have kidney disease and that's why creatinine and phosphorus has increased, actually i am suffering from recurrent renal stones from past 10 years and allopathy treatment doesn't provide me cure..so my question is can ayurveda cure my renal stones and the damage my kidney had suffered due to those renal stones ar anything else regarding i will continue healthy diet and lifestyle in future, bcoz nephrologist says kidney disease is progressive but I don't wanna progress on end stage that pathetic dialysis, plz provide me some knowledge
