Hi, Does ayurveda treat anxiety. I have fear of going out, when outside i get vey very nervous, light headed, and run back home. I also have acidity. Kindly revert if this is treatable, since two years I am facing this issue. My BP also increases 140 90. But at home it is below 120 80. Kindly reply if this is treatable.

Having gas problem and pain feels in upper back and sometimes in brain (Gas pain). Having anxiety and very mild panick attack type symptoms.
