I'm 20 years old girl , and my height is approx 4'8 since last 2 years. I do skipping and playing badminton games etc. even I tried yoga . But my height is not increasing by some inches . Can u please suggest me some medicine or natural therapies which is effective for increasing my height.

My daughter's immunity is on very lower side.1month before she had cough and temp.,treated with antibiotics as it was viral.Now again after a period of 15-20 days she is having dry cough and little cold.Had given sitopaladi with honey.Please give the experts suggestion and help in boosting her immunity.Her weight is also very less...36kgs
