Which is better For Brain? Brahma Rasayan or ShankaPushpi? I study for long hours, need to relax mind & improve concentration. Trying to do meditation also.

Hi , My back muscles are very weak. After doing some back strengthing exercises again I faced muscle fatigue. I frustrated and don't know how to get rid of muscle fatigue and muscle weakness.

I was diagnosed with gastritis with my symptoms. Doctors gave me some antacid like pan mps, esofag 40mg. I got some relief but then after 2 months it started agin with mild burning pain specifically on empty stomach or sometimes after eating. I then went to kotakal ayurveda and the doctor gave me jirakadyarishtam,abhayarishtam, apti well syrup together 25ml morning and night. And coligo tablet after food. Can u tell me how long I am supposed to take it for complete cure. I feel uncomfortable with this pain.

Last year i had very chronic and recurring sinus infection which lasted from october to January during which i put xylometazoline drops everyday. Now whenever i go for cycling after 2-3 days i start having watery nose and eyes, itching in nose, feeling of mucus going into throat. Later which turn into sore throat, followed by fever, cough, nasal congestion. After which i  go for allopathic medicine but the doctor gives very strong medicines which make me sleepy all day. Is there any ayurvedic medicine which can help relieve early symptons of allergic rhinitis ( itchy and watery nose). Thanks

I have chronic sinusitis with nasal polyps and DNS I have tried many medication but not get relief and lastly I have taken steroids and antibiotics plz suggest any useful medicine for nasal polyps and sinusitis

I have acne scars and my skin is getting tanned as well. I started using nalpamaradhi oil in the morning and kumkumadi oil at night. There is no good result after using this. Is eladi oil good? Can I mix Eladi and nalpamaradhi oil for better results? Or which oil will help me get rid of tan and improve my skin?
