Piles Matrix medicine
I am suffering from piles from 2 years.no pain no bleeding no constipation but during Bowl movement mass come outside my friend suggested to use piles Matrix medicine as it found to be usefull. Is it really an aurvedic medicine? Is any sides effects

Hello,
From your described symptoms, you have Internal Hemorrhoids. If you manually reduce the mass (you push it inside), its Grade 3 and if the mass spontaneously goes inside , its Grade 2 . Avoid straining during defecation and treat constipation if any. No cream / ointment will treat the mass which comes out and will provide only temporary relief .The definitive treatment is Infrared Coagulation or Kshar Karma. If the required treatment is not done , you would progress to Grade 4 ( mass will permanently stay outside ) . For further information / assistance , visit www.ayurcure.com
