Dabur Laxirid syrup(Nisoth) is safe for constipation or not? Any other medicine containing Senna is not good for longer use? Also triphala is not good for longer use. Suggest some safe medicine for constipation in ayurveda.

Sleep issues.I went to allophatic and homeopathic doctor but its not helping me out. I want contact number of Dr shiv kumar sharma ayurvedic pyschaistric doctor from gb pant hospital new Delhi. He is not currently available on practo. Or any other ayurvedic pyschaistric doctor.

I have tested lipid Profile test . In a day 4pm.After eating heavy Mills like Paneer Sweets Tea Biscuit. AND All other HDL LDL normal .but triglycerides 289 is it falls report due to non Fasting. BEFORE TWO MONTHS IT WAS NORMAL TRIGLYCERIDES TESTED WITH FASTING AROUND 11AM

Hi doc, I have trouble falling in sleep if at all I fall asleep soon, I wake up within 3to4hrs n awake for atleast 1 to 2 hrs (at midnight ) later on again my sleep resumes.....plz help me to stay in sleep n falling in sleep...

Hi doctor, I am facing issues such as burning sensation sometimes, acidity,leg heaviness and pinch pain in body parts. Burning sensation - in arms and back and sometimes in legs especially thigh or calf. Acidity maybe due to medicine or delayed lunch Leg heaviness in morning only after 5 mins walk it goes away. Pinch pain is anywhere in body, forehead, back of the head, arms, chest, knees,anywhere. Muscle pumping and twitching anywhere. Numbness and tingling sometimes. Reports are normal full body checkup done twice. Multivitamins taken still issue occurs after a period. Looking to solve this by ayurvedic treatment. I think too much why is this happening and what will be the cure. Please help me doctors.
