When I stand at one place for long ( like cooking food ), I feel a gas.
Though it keeps on moving , but it gets trapped in the area between chest and stomach.
How to get rid of it completely ?

Hi dear
Drink a glass of water after an hr. Drink 2 ltr water in a day. And when ever fell you gas then drink water half glass . and after that you feel gas then start this medicine:-
:- one tablet albendazole once in a month
:- gasex 2 tablet ( after breakfast lunch and dinner) available in market easily ( himalaya company)
Avoid :- spicy food,street food,non veg and fried
Eat simple stay healthy.
:- red chili,green chilli,
You can take :- black pepper, salad ,fruit add curd in your diet in lunch
