My 4 year old twins are always getting sick cough and cold in every month...I am giving them swranprash sanskar since last 3 months but nothing is helping... Their appetite is low ...they are underweight..not gaining weight..I tried to give them healthy seasonal fruits...no unhealthy or packaged foods no fast food...but still they are weak and ill. What wrong things I m doing .I don't understand..pls recommend some herbs or anything which help to in immunity, appetite. Pls

I am suffering from chronic acidity, reflux , duodenitis, IBS C+ , ulcerative colitis for which I am taking mesalamine , probiotics, antacids but gastric acidity , indigestion still there.. Please suggest some alternative therapy for the same
