How to cure & prevent gastritis ? From 3 months iam suffering from antral gastritis. Please answer.. diabetic from 6 years. Also iam suffering from grade 2 fatty liver gallbladder polyp 5 mm. How to cure these ?

Having gas problem and pain feels in upper back and sometimes in brain (Gas pain). Having anxiety and very mild panick attack type symptoms. I limited my food and increase walking after some time got muscle pain in right back below to upper blade pain. Heart health is good, LFT / Kidney test / Cholestrol / CBC / thyroid / sugar all tests are normal. What should I do to get relif from gas , acidity, mind gas and anxiety problem.
