After fever I am having sore throat, excessive burning sensation, while swallowing anything it's burning heavily. I did salt water gargle, eating honey. Nothing worked. Please give me some ayurvedic medicine.

Eye redness pain blurry vision watey eyes recent these problems iam facing from last more than 6 years.my blood reports and mri report is normal.sometimes jelly like in eye i can't identify the pain.waht to do.how to overcome this

I have hypothyroidism. Tsh is normal. Periods comes regular means 28 days but from 4 periods I have  very low bleeding (scanty flow ) only half day or 1 day. I done pelvis scan on 3rd day of period on 24/7/22 my endometrium very  thin 2mm. Doctor given do  blood test prolactin tsh,dhea etc.please suggest me any medicines is there for thickening endometrium. This problem arises after withdrawal of beta blocker ciplar la 20 for high heart beat 100-123 heart beat per min  i used this tablet for 1 year  from 4 back doctor told to stop taking tablet so stop this for usage so is this cause of my problem.it  becomes serious problem in future?can I do above  blood tests?please suggest any natural way to cure this?any ayurvedic medicine or for doing yoga can cure this.
