I am currently experiencing hair fall due to pcos. I do take supplements prescribed by my dermatologist. Some of my friends suggested taking ashwagandha, amla, bringraj as both food and through oil. Please suggest any supplement (cost effective) that has all these ingredients. Would be of great help. Thank you.

I am a working software professional with high amount of working hours. To balance out l, I try to exercise daily and also play competitive sports during weekends.
