I have noise sensitivity after hitting head.its been four months now after concussion.now I have anxiety.

On June 1 till June 3 had severe form of diarrhea and stopped it with some antibiotics and now after that continuous fatigue ,weakness burning eyes and heart palpitations also occuring due to it.diarrhea had stopped after taking a medicine called Himalaya diarex.i suffer from ibs d and hiatus hernia from many years .what is the reason for this extreme fatigue and the stools used to be full of water and mucus and made me so dull even now body pain with nerve weakness.what is causing all this and how to be normal again.

I am 32 years 87 kg female. I have pcos and obesity,mild anxiety , hot flashes in back of head and under breast. I am working so have sedentary lifestyle. I am taking cumin+cinnamon+methi water in empty stomach. Taking breakfast and lunch in calorie deficit. Doing intermittent fasting and skipping dinner. In night I am taking shatavari , karela, triphala guggulu, brahmi tablet. Along with haritaki powder and husk . I do 30 min morning walk and evening yoga. Is this enough to cure pcos , hot flashes and obesity?

Do ayurvedic medicines like khadiradi vati, triphala googul etc can damage kidney/liver or elevate SGPT/SGOT and creatinine levels?

I have been adviced charal m2 and hypnoid for irregular menses and pcos symptoms. Can someone please help me with exact course and what medicines what else as others dont think this is serious issue and I m scared.

I suffer from gerd with ibs d from many years and on June 1 till June 3 very bad stomach infection with severe diarrhea and took Himalaya diarex and stop ibs from few days but weakness and fibromyalgia symptoms with muscle joint pains .today was driving vehicle for long time and full sweat at back so when I got down felt dizziness with slight trembling legs it got ok after taking a pinch of salt .is it anything related to low Bp.what should be done next and is it anything to be worried about .

Grade 2 lvdd came in echo and I have palpitations,fast heartbeat but only while sleeping once I wake and turn its disappeared. Having fatty liver, just started medicine. And gerd, loose lower esophagus valve 40 cms lax les. Tmt is normal. Lipid is normal. Echo has grade 2 lvdd but everything else written as normal, attaching image. Ecg also attached. Non smoker from last 5 years. Weight 100kg, height 5.10. Is grade 2 lvdd is reversible ? I'd my ecg normal? There could be one reason for the FAST HEARTBEAT some nights and palpitations in some nights while sleeping only and once I wake up and take turn it becomes fine. No symptoms like this in day time. What could be the cause of this. Is this due to Loose esophagus valve?

I am taking all attach medicine.. can we eat chicken and egg while taking attach medicine please suggest any other precautions required while taking ayurvedic medicine

Tulsi and panikoorka ( Mexican mint) juice with honey or jaggery and ginger extract  good to be given everyday ?
