I am sleeping too much , 10 hours approx, sometimes 12-13 hours . I eat fruits in the morning , maximum time roti and sabji in the afternoon , salad in the evening and roti and sabji in the dinner , doing meditation for 20 minutes twice a day and exercise daily in the morning  but still no significant improvement and I feel sleepy all the day  , what should I do ? I am a student and this much sleep doesn't allow me to compete through the cut throat competition of today's world. Please help 🙏 my study is completely online based , all my friends are able to study very very well with a sleep of 6 hours but I feel sleepy even after 8 hours of sleep . My sleep schedule is - 11pm to 5 am and sometimes 10 am to 2 pm or 4 pm and sometimes 2 pm to 6 pm and sometimes 7 am to 12 pm

Is ayurved treatment possible for anxiety. I have panic attacks too and how many days it will take to cure

Whenever I eat nonveg, sweet, ice cream, spicy,sugar mango items i will get pimples i don't know whether it's allergy or pimples, first it will be itchiness, reddish,the pimples (allergy reaction). Can I use any blood purifier like manjistha or any other.please suggest me which blood purifier is good to take.

I have hypothyroidism since 9 years.I take thyroxine 75 mg tablet.recently tested tsh is normal(2.38).iam using ciplar la 20mg from 1 year for high heart beat(above 100bpm) but blood pressure is normal .ecg echo blood tests are normal.so cardiologists prescribed ciplar la 20mg for 3 months, again 3,again 6 months,I had some skin problem saboreic dermatitis so taking  cardiologists suggestions doctor decrease the dosage stop to take tablet.now my heart beat is 80-95,sometimes a100-105.March 2022 I stop taking tablet.i got period 4-6days early  last perod date.from April 2022-june 2022 from 3 months I got periods 4-6 days early but low bleed slightly pain in stomach( 1st day 21 hour only) always bleeding stops 2-3days.but now bleeding occurs only one day(5spoons) and stops that day it self.so please suggest what is the reason ?is stopping tablet propanolol is the cause for this.iam using ginger+sesame seeds period occurs  low bleeding.

Intially diagnosed with high BP 180/110 ,start taking telma 40 AM since 12 May 2022. Now BP fluctuates between 120/80 to 130/90 . Need some ayurveda remedies to control BP All echo 2D ,Renal Doppler and eye examination are normal.Parent have BP issue Pls help
