If you go gym daily and do treadmill for 20 minute them 1 kg will reduce. *Causes of obesity*
1) *श्लेष्मलाहारसेविनो* – Eating food which increases solid kafa in body in large quantity regularly.

2) *अध्यशन* – Habit of eating food without proper digestion of previous eaten food leads to obesity if happens regularly.
3) *अव्यायाम* – Non exercises in morning or exertion physical work in day time even after eating too much sweet food or having अध्यशन habit.
