Could you tell me what is the dosage of Brahmi vati suvrnayukta tablet and with what I have to consume it. Are there any medicines to reduce these symptoms lacking focus and concentration, alertness and should not feel sleepy while working and learning something. Is it possible to remove gollbladder stone without surgery. I have detect 13 mm stone in gallbladder. At present no symptoms there.(like pain ,discomfort etc).

I'm a mother of 5 month old and 3 months back through ultrasound I found that I'm having gallstone (multiple tiny stones) what could be done to cure it? I used to get sharp pain in my middle back resulting nausea then I got to know I'm having stone ..I consulted allopathic doctor..he prescribed some syrup and medicine and adviced for ultrasound..it helped me to reduce my pain, almost gone..but now again sometimes I feel that pain(not that intense).
