Problem of undigested food in motion at times. At times there is pain in stomach. Loose motions. Pain in legs. Is it IBS? PLEASE SUGGEST CAUSES AND TREATMENT.

Hello I tell u my symptom in details 1 I consult doctor for anxiety and doctor suggest me take bhrami bati of baidyanath or dabur ,so after take consultation,i order bhrami vati of baidyanath and one day I take one tab,than no problem,but yesterday I take two tab in morning,so I face problem today,so today I will not take dose in morning,so tell me I will take one dose in night or not and she suggests me two tab after half an hour of breakfast

Am suffering from ibs from past 5 years..before I was not getting frequent green stools..but from one year there is change in my symptoms also and am observing weekly 2 to 3 times green loose stools..is this normal in ibs or a cause of concern? Can Ayurveda help in solving ibs problem permanently? Please help.

I can't tolerate fume emitted from car and bus driven by using fuel petrol diesel LPG gas. Even I can not stay if one smokes near me. For the above problem I can't ride in bus and car. As soon as I get up in car and bus nausea feel . Even if I go road by walking and fume from bus car and lorry enter my nose I feel nausea. I am 28 years old male . This problem is since childhood and for that reason I can't go out . Please guide to get rid of this problem.
