Hello there I am having ashwagandha from 4-5 days and now my stomach starts getting upset I'm just taking 500mg dose daily in form of tablets So, is it common in starting Please tell me

I have SIBO for the past 1 year, I have taken antibiotics which raise my liver enzymes, I want to cure this by killing all bacteria in the intestine however it should not affect my liver in anyway, I'm fed up with this, SIBO happened due to taking acid blocker medicine which is stopped along back. Symptoms, Frequent diarrhoea,I think it is hydrogen SIBO. How time will it take for ayurvedic medicine to kill this completely? An should not be any side effect at all. Plzz help all suggestions are welcome...

Hello, I am suffering from Schizophrenia, my doctor gave me trayodashang guggulu for pain in ribs on the left hand size. After two dosage the pain has stopped but i feel sleepy and sleep for 2-4 hours after taking this medicine. I also feel less anxious. How long do i keep taking this? Are other symptoms associated with Schizophrenia that might get better of using this medication. Does this medicine have any link with Schizophrenia.
