Go for surgery after five year.because surgery can be done after 5 year.before five year you can try ayurveda. Ayurveda will give you best result. And if there is no effect of medicine on adenoids they remain as it then go for surgery.after five you can give hime yoga traing for it because adenoids can be occur again and again .after surgery when your child do yoga then may be adenoids not come back.
