If he develops any Gastro. Symptoms consult him, usually are a bit irritant , you can take kanchanara arka instead

adenoids are related with our immunity..they will enlarge whenever any kind ok infection persist.but when infection will subside then adenoids also reduce..
but at the age of 3 to 5 yr adenoids are enlarged..but after 7 yr it will shrinked naturally...
