In which order should we do the following rituals early morning-
- rinse mouth
- drink water
- oil pulling
Should we rinse mouth before drinking water and then do oil pulling? Or should we drink water without rinsing mouth followed by oil pulling and then rinse mouth and brush teeth? ! Confusing!
