Low heart rate after eating Muktavati
Hi I was having slight high bp (age 31, 1 reading 152-80, second reading 135,75). After eating for 12 days ( once a day), I am now observing my pulse is reduced ( morning resting 54-60) , afternoon resting (60-65). Bp is coming normal as 122-75 Is it good or should I change dose or stop it ?

If you are doing any kind of experience and jogging then pulse rate will be near about 65 or 70 its normal second you are taking two tablet of mukta vati and now Bp is normal then take one tablet of mukta vati if with in one week it remain normal then stop mukta vati and do daily yoga and exercise and monitor your Bp 2 or 3 time in a week
